The Department of Orthopedics at GMERS Medical College & Hospital, Vadodara provides comprehensive care for a wide range of musculoskeletal disorders, including trauma, degenerative joint diseases, sports injuries, and spinal conditions. The department caters to a large patient population, with an average daily OPD attendance of over 170 patients and an indoor bed occupancy exceeding 70% throughout the year.
The department offers specialized services in joint replacement surgery, arthroscopy and sports injury management, complex trauma care, spine surgery, pediatric orthopedics, and deformity correction.
Supported by modern infrastructure and rehabilitation facilities, the department is staffed by experienced and dedicated faculty members who are actively involved in patient care, medical education, and research. The team is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based orthopedic care to the community.
