The Institutional Hospital Ethics Committee (IHEC) is responsible for reviewing and approving research proposals to ensure ethical standards are maintained in all research activities conducted within the institute.

The institute also has multiple student-friendly committees aimed at supporting student welfare. The Mentor–Mentee Program promotes a healthy and supportive learning environment by strengthening faculty–student interaction.
